Policy for Standard Rate

We hereby kindly request a 100% deposit of your total stay to guarantee your reservation.

If you have to cancel or amend your reservation 2 days prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied. The deposit paid will be refunded.

Within 48 hours of arrival date, if you have to cancel, in case of no-show or early-departure, the total amount of reservation will be charged.

Policy for Non-Refundable Offer.

To proceed with the booking of a Non-Refundable Offer, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the time of booking and it is not refundable.

If cancelled, modified or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposits and Payments Procedures

We can accept pre-bookings via bank transfers or credit card payments (VISA and Mastercard only). We do not accept American Express cards.

For payments via credit card, we can accept your reservation requiring a valid credit card number, together with expiry date, name as it appears on the card, billing address and security code (3 last digits on the back of your credit card) to guarantee your booking against cancellation.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge for baby cots only. Cots must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All older children who do not wish to be accommodated in cots are charged at the normal value of the extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds / baby cots in a room is 1.

Room type must fit extra bed and requests must be confirmed with the Hotel directly.

No extra bed or meal is provided free of charge.

Children aged 4 – 12 years old, using a sofa bed or extra bed:

• 1 child: 30% increase in the amount of the stay.
• 2 children: 50% increase in the amount of the stay.

Children over the age of 12: in terms of prices of accommodation and meal plans at Mareta Beach House, persons who are over the age of 12 are considered adults.

Adults using a sofa bed or extra bed:

• 1 adult: 30% increase in the amount of the stay.
• 2 adults: 60% increase in the amount of the stay.

Pets not permitted.

Beach towels are in the room.

The hotel Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, although you may check in before this time and store your luggage prior to returning after 3:00 PM. The only way to guarantee an early arrival is to reserve the room for the night before.

The hotel Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. We kindly request you to take this time into consideration. If you would like to keep the room longer than 12 noon, our daily room rate will be applied automatically. Using our Concierge Service, you can leave your luggage at the hotel prior to picking it up later in the day.

At MARETA BEACH HOUSE we want you to be delighted every time you book with us, however, all bookings are taken at the discretion of the management and subject to availability. Occasionally a telephone booking may be made before the details of an online booking reaches us, rendering such bookings as unavailable. Whilst we will make every effort to avoid this happening we cannot guarantee this and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract between us.

In the unlikely event that these circumstances arise we reserve the right to change or cancel your telephone or online booking. If this were to happen you may: 

• Accept the changed arrangements as notified
• Make an alternative arrangement with us.
• Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund

• Pets not allowed
